Ryan Coogler is amazed by 'A Wrinkle in Time' and Ava DuVernay's work

Ryan Coogler has written a touching tribute to Ava DuVernay.

The famous Madeleine L'Engle's children's book A Wrinkle in Time just got its movie adaptation.

It was written for the screen by Jennifer Lee and Jeff Stockwell, and directed by Ava DuVernay.

DuVernay has worked before on I Will Follow (2010), Middle of Nowhere (2012), and on an Oscar-winning movie Selma (2014).

A Wrinkle in Time (2018) tells the story about a teenage girl Meg, and her crazy adventure in space. After the disappearance of her scientist father, three peculiar beings send Meg, her brother and her friend to space in order to find him.

Stars of this movie are Reese Witherspoon, Oprah Winfrey, Zach Galifianakis, Michael Pena, Chris Pine and Gugu Mbatha-Raw.

A Wrinkle in Time (2018) had a premier on March 9.

The Director of Black Panther (2018) was at the debut screening of A Wrinkle in Time (2018) and he was full of praise for Ava DuVernay and her directorial effort.
