Angela Basset and co-stars suffered sunburned eyes on 'Black Panther' set

Angela Bassett and several of her co-stars suffered horrible "sunburned eyes" while shooting ‘Black Panther’ after some days of filming a waterfall scene on an outdoor set in Atlanta.

The 59-year-old actress from New York City is one of the women that makes Black Panther (2018) so good.

Bassett, Danai Gurira, Lupita Nyong'o and Letitia Wright are amazing in this film, portraying strong Wakandan women.

Bassett plays the former queen of Wakanda, Ramonda - mother of T'Challa AKA Black Panther.

There are a bunch of amazing, action-driven scenes in Black Panther (2018) but two of them stand up.

Waterfall fights. The new King of Wakanda must prove himself in a deadly combat, all while knee-deep in a pound, on top of a waterfall.

Uncommonly for this kind of scenes, this two very important parts of Black Panther (2018) were filmed on a real life location, and not in a movie studio.

Bassett is remembering the days they have spent, filming the waterfall scenes, and the terrible sunburns that cast and crew suffered from.
