Armie Hammer and Geoffrey Rush star in the fresh movie ‘Final Portrait'

Armie Hammer was apparently left exhausted after filming ‘Final Portrait' with Geoffrey Rush. Explaining how after a full day of shooting, Rush would call him to rehearse scenes for the following day, meaning they were up most of the night going over lines.

Final Portrait (2017) is the biography drama with a little bit of comedy in it about a Swiss painter and sculptor Alberto Giacometti.

In 1964, while on a short trip to Paris, the American writer and art-lover James Lord (Armie Hammer) is asked by his friend, the world-renowned artist Alberto Giacometti (Geoffrey Rush), to sit for a portrait. The process, Giacometti assures Lord, will take only a few days. Flattered and intrigued, Lord agrees. So begins not only the story of an offbeat friendship, but, seen through the eyes of Lord, an insight into the beauty, frustration, profundity and, at times, downright chaos of the artistic process.

Directed and written by Stanley Tucci, Final Portrait (2017) premiered on march 23, 2018.

There are other notable names in Final Portrait (2017) like Clemence Poesy, Tony Shalhoub and James Faulkner.
