Jason Clark speaks about his new film 'Chappaquiddick'

Chappaquiddick is the American drama movie starring Jason Clarke as Massachusetts Senator Ted Kennedy and follows the story of the accident when he drove his car into a lake, killing young campaign strategist Mary Jo Kopechne.

Chappaquiddick (2017) is the upcoming movie of a little known director and writer John Curran.

It is about Ted Kennedy's involvement in the fatal 1969 car accident that claims the life of a young campaign strategist, Mary Jo Kopechne.

Kopechne is portrayed by Kate Mara, and Ted Kennedy is played by Jason Clarke. Other notable names in the movie are: Clancy Brown, Olivia Thirlby, Ed Helms, Bruce Dern and Andria Blackman.

Chappaquiddick (2017) has been written by a debuting screenwriting duo: Taylor Allen and Andrew Logan.

The film was already on a couple of big film festivals, and the critics have kind words for it.
