In cinemas soon: 'The Miracle Season', 'Lean on Pete', 'Truth or Dare', 'Sorry To Bother You'

One of the most anticipated movies of the year is Boots Riley's Sorry to Bother You (2018), a sci-fi comedy set in an alternate present-day version of Oakland. Telemarketer Cassius Green discovers a magical key to professional success, propelling him into a macabre universe.

Lakeith Stanfield, Thessa Thomspon, Armie Hammer and Terry Crews star in Sorry to Bother You (2018), that will premiere on July 6.


Another exciting new movie that will soon hit the theaters worldwide is Jeff Wadlow's Truth or Dare (2018). It tells the story about a harmless game of Truth or Dare among friends that turns deadly when someone - or something - begins to punish those who tell a lie or refuse the dare.

Starring Lucy Hale, Tyler Posey, Violett Beane, Nolan Gerard Funk and Landon Liboiron, it was written by Jillian Jacobs, Michael Reisz, Christopher Roach and Jeff Wadlow.

The movie will premiere on April 13. (Yes, it is Friday!)


Andrew Haigh's new drama - Lean on Pete (2017) - is about a teenager who gets a summer job working for a horse trainer. He befriends the fading racehorse, Lean on Pete.

Travis Fimmel, Steve Buscemi and Chloe Sevigny star in this tearjerker that will premiere on April 6.


The brand new biopic/sport drama The Miracle Season (2018) will also premiere on April 6.

Directed by Sean McNamara and written by David Aaron Cohen and Elissa Matsueda, The Miracle Season (2018) tells the story of a death of the star volleyball player Caroline Line Found, and her dispirited high school team that must band together to win the championship.
