'Ready Player One' Ernest Cline is writing another sci-fi sceenplay

Following the box office success of Steven Spielberg's latest movie 'Ready Player One', based no the book of the same name by author Ernest Cline, Universal Studios has enlisted writers to turn another of his books, 'Armada' into a new movie.

Ernest Cline is one of the hottest sci-fi authors of the middle generation. He is mostly known for his book Ready Player One. Cline has worked with Steven Spielberg to adapt his famed sci-fi novel into a fresh movie Ready Player One (2018).

That was not Cline's first screenwriting job, as he worked on one feature movie and a couple of TV series before.

Now, he will adapt his other book into a forthcoming movie - Armada. The novel was released in 2015.

It is, of course, a sci-fi book that tells the story of Zack Lightman that spends his days dreaming about sci-fi/fantasy books that he is constantly reading. One day, he encounters a UFO and his life is turned upside down, as he is drawn into a space conflict!

The project is still in its early production stage, so, check out this video, and find out all about it!
