Dwayne Johnson and Vin Diesel feud will crash the 'Fast and Furious' seriesDwayne Johnson is considering parking the 'Fast and Furious' franchise for good after his feud with Vin Diesel. The action men engaged in a heated battle while filming fast-paced 2017 film 'The Fate of the Furious, creating a months-long fall-out, which involved castmates such as Tyrese Gibson.
Nobody knows why Dwayne The Rock Johnson and Vin Diesel started their argument, that escalated over the whole set of The Fate of the Furious (2017), and continued to live on action men's social media.
It seems like Johnson didn't like how Diesel was behaving on the sets of the Fast & Furious franchise. That is maybe the main reason why is this fast film being slowed down for at least a year.
That is, probably, why the whole movie series is now under a big, fat question mark, with no official news about the next installment.
But, fear not, as we will see Luke Hobbs in at least one more movie, a spinoff called Hobbs and Shaw (2019), starring Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham.
David Leitch is attached to direct the movie, and Chris Morgan will write the script, about an unlikely alliance between Hobbs and Shaw (Statham).
