The 65-year-old actress and TV personality Roseanne Barr made a disgusting comment about Valerie Jarrett, an African American woman who was adviser to Barack Obama, throughout his presidency.
Barr twitted this: muslim brotherhood & planet of the apes had a baby = vj, and ABC almost immediately canceled Barr's show Roseanne (1988- ), one of the longest running sitcoms and TV shows of all time.
Barr deleted her racist Tweet, and made an apology, stating: I am truly sorry for making a bad joke about her politics and her looks. I should have known better. Forgive me / my joke was in bad taste.
Well, maybe numerous writers of Roseanne (1988- ), that are now out of work, can give Barr some advice about writing jokes?
